The lower level houses a large TV room for video games and movie sessions, with an integrated kitchen. Sliding doors open to the outside, where a slide is under the stainless steel staircase. On the ground floor, colorful modular furniture echoes the shelves integrated into the original forms.

At the upper level, the architects imagined a flexible metal capsule with remote controlled shutters. “The space can expand to become bigger or smaller, isolated or open, and can be easily dismantled in the future,” said the development team.

A tower door and a pink rope bridge complete this playful home, while the works of art of famous Brazilian artists add character to the project. [Photos and informations provided by Pascali Semerdjian Architects]
